Our idols are designed to be long-lasting. In order to keep the idol looking pristine, simply dust it regularly using a soft dry cloth like a microfibre cloth, any other ultra-fine fibres or brushes made of similar materials. While the paint has been carefully sealed to preserve its beauty, we recommend avoiding washing the idol or using water for cleaning to ensure its finish remains flawless over time.

Currently, we focus on crafting our standard range of fine art idols, as creating bespoke designs requires significant time and resources. Since each piece is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail, custom creations for a single customer would naturally be very expensive. We take great care in packaging each idol with multiple protective layers to preserve the artistry we’ve carefully curated. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause damage during transit. We kindly recommend recording a video during unboxing and notifying us within an hour of receipt if any damage occurs, so we can promptly address the issue.

Each of our pieces is created in a limited quantity, so upon receiving your order, we will begin the final stages of production, including painting, which takes approximately three days. Once completed, your exclusive piece will be carefully packaged and shipped. We kindly request that you refrain from cancelling orders; however, if needed, you may request a full refund within 24 hours. For cancellations beyond 24 hours, we will refund 80% of the order value, and unfortunately, no refunds can be processed after 72 hours.
