Please read the terms & conditions carefully before using the domain name www.IndicIdols.com (hereinafter referred to as the “website” ), which is owned and operated by Imagistack Software OPC Pvt Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “IndicIdols”) having its registered office at A/3 Shivprasad Complex, Anand Nagar, Suncity Road, Pune, 411051.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personally identifiable information obtained from you at various instances while you may access and use the website at www.indicidols.com (“website”) for accessing any photographs, illustrations, vectors, drawings, templates, backgrounds, textures, patterns, illustrations and any other digital assets, interactive features, applications, software, data feeds, services and any products provided to you on, from, or through the website.
Shipping Policy
- We want to deliver our products to you as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
- Shipping charges are included in the retail cost of the idols.
- We will email and text you via Whatsapp the courier tracking code after the package is shipped.
- Delivery Time – As per pincode availability & dispatches, please read through delivery timelines below in National Delivery section.

Return Policy
We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this policy.
If you have an issue with damage due to shipping, you can exchange the product by sending us an unboxing video recorded within an hour of receipt. For all exchanges and replacement please email us at contact@indicidols.com along with your complete order details and issues.
Cancellation of Orders
- You can cancel any orders within 24 hours of placing the order, by sending an email along with your Order Id to contact@indicidols.com from your registered email address.
- We will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
- After confirmation of the cancellation request, we will refund the full amount if such request is made within 24 hours, and 80% of the order value if the request is made after 24 hours. The order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
- No refunds can be processed if an order is cancelled after 72 hours.
