Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns & Replacements:
We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this policy.
If you have an issue with damage due to shipping, you can exchange the product by sending us an unboxing video recorded within an hour of receipt. For all exchanges and replacement please email us at contact@indicidols.com along with your complete order details and issues.
We will accept replacement and exchanges of an item at our cost only if the following conditions are met:
- You can request for a replacement of your order within one hour of receipt of package, accompanied by an unboxing video
- The tags and labels on the package should be intact;
- The product should not be tampered with, in any other way; and
- The product is returned along with the original packaging and other accessories, except the prasad.
Please be informed that replacements and exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
Cancellation Of Orders:
- You can cancel any orders within 24 hours of placing the order, by sending an email along with your Order Id to contact@indicidols.com from your registered email address.
- We will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
- After confirmation of the cancellation request, we will refund the full amount if such request is made within 24 hours, and 80% of the order value if the request is made after 24 hours. The order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
- No refunds can be processed if an order is cancelled after 72 hours.
- For changes or edits in the order, if any, before it has been shipped, please drop an email to contact@indicidols.com and we will see if we can work it out for you.
- We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email address. This will be due to artistic reasons only, as our crafts are being made in limited quantity and with intricate specifications. In the event of any such cancellation, you may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund of the amount to your bank account.
Refunds
- We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of damaged products, with damages caused in transit and if we are unable to send you a replacement due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of delivery of idols damaged in transit, you have to send an email to contact@indicidols.com along with the details of the order, unboxing video recorded within an hour of receipt of package, and photographs of the damaged idol caused in transit.
- In the event of our verification, if it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then IndicIdols will not be responsible for refund or replacement.
- However, you may still opt for exchange with one of our upcoming works. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
- Please note the applicable shipping charges shall not be refunded to you.
